Registration is open for The DFRWS USA Conference is August 6-9, 2017 in
Austin, TX, at the Hilton Austin Hotel.

Early registration is through June 25, 2017, and the hotel conference rate
is available until June 30, 2017 <https://aws.passkey.com/go/DFRWS2017>
(unless the rooms sell out before then).

Keynotes

This years conference features keynotes from Kara Nance on “Visualizing
Forensic Datasets to Develop Mitigation Strategies” and Brian Hay on
“Digital Forensics When Everything is Virtual”.

Four workshops are included in the price of the 2.5 day conference.

Papers

With 13 research papers and 9 short presentations, there is something for
everyone (who likes digital forensics)! From the forensic artefacts of
drones and Alexa to exploring large scale analysis, learn about new
techniques and tools in digital forensics.

After Hours

After hours, join your fellow attendees for more fun, networking, and a
little competition.  Monday evening begins with the Poster and Demo
Reception in the Hilton, and ends with the Forensics Rodeo!  The Rodeo will
be a CTF style event with challenges of various levels in digital forensics
and malware.  Bring a team, or join one when you get there!  Tuesday’s
Banquet will be held offsite on a paddle boat around Lady Bird Lake.
Transportation to and from the boat will be provided.
