Hi, on behalf of the editor and the other co-authors I'd like to announce the availability of a introductory course book on Digital Forensics, published by Wiley. (http://eu.wiley.com/WileyCDA/WileyTitle/productCd-1119262380.html)

Wiley: Digital Forensics - André Arnes <http://eu.wiley.com/WileyCDA/WileyTitle/productCd-1119262380.html>
eu.wiley.com

It's been in use, in preliminary form, in the introductory course at both the masters and bachelors levels, here at NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) for a number of years now, with good results. It's meant to cover a wide area of digital forensics as currently practiced.

The editor, Andre Årnes, PhD, is Senior Vice President and Chief Security Office of Telenor Group and an Associate Professor on the faculty of the Norwegian Information Security Laboratory (NisLab) at the Norwegian University of Technology and Science (NTNU). An experienced cyber security expert, Dr. Årnes has extensive experience both as a security leader in a global corporation and as a computer crime special investigator in law enforcement. The other co-authors are all currently practicing experts in their respective fields.

So if you're in need of a text book, please keep it in mind.

Stefan Axelsson, NTNU
