*Technical Program*
ACM IH&MMSec is one of the premier conferences in the area of multimedia 
security.
This year, *21 high-quality papers* are accepted to be presented at the 
2016 edition.
These accepted papers were selected from 58 submissions from all over 
the world,
leading to a low *acceptance rate of 36.2%*.
The accepted papers represent the cutting-edge research results, both 
theoretical and
practical, in the field of multimedia security and will be regrouped in 
*5 technical sessions*
covering *Forensics, fingerprinting and reversible watermarking, 
Privacy, Steganography **
and steganalysis (2 sessions) and Information hiding and cryptography.*

*Keynotes*
The single-track workshop in also highlighted by 2 keynotes given by 
outstanding young
researcher and practitioner in the field.

- Keynote 1 - *Machine Learning under Attack*: Vulnerability 
Exploitation and Security Measures
Given by *Battista Biggio*, co-founder of Pluribus One and post-doctoral 
researcher at
the University of Cagliari, Italy

- Keynote 2 - *Bringing Multimedia Security from the Research Lab to the 
Forensic Lab*
Given by *Martino Jerian*, CEO and Founder, Amped Software, Italy

*Registration*
The registration to the workshop is now open. You will be able to take 
advantage of the*
reduced registration fee until May 15th 2016*. It is also important to 
note that at least
one author per accepted paper must register at the non-student rate 
before April 29th
2016 for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

*Venue
*The workshop will be held in *Vigo, Galicia, Spain*. Vigo is a unique 
and privileged location
in Spain, hosting some of the most important trade fairs, and featuring 
a mild climate,
modern infrastructures, and an incomparable natural environment. The 
conference venue
will be Centro Social Afundación, 24-26 Policarpo Sanz Street, downtown 
Vigo. The workshop
venue building, which hosts a non-profit foundation, was designed in 
1879 by the architect
Jenaro de la Fuente Domínguez, and it hosts a beautiful conference room 
for 120 people.

*Social Event*
An exciting social event is scheduled starting from 2pm30 of Tuesday 
June 21st 2016. We
