SFS scholarships for MS degree with concentration in Digital Forensics
The Computer Science Department at James Madison University is pleased
to announce that, starting in Fall 2012, we are able to offer a limited
number of full-ride Scholarship for Service (SFS) scholarships for our
Master's degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Digital
Forensics. These scholarships cover tuition costs and a generous
allowance for the entire time in our program in exchange for the student
agreeing to work for a federal agency for two years. This is a great way
to have your graduate education be paid for in full by the U.S. government.
The Digital Forensics concentration combines core computer science
concepts with an in-depth, technical study of digital forensics.
Applicants are expected to have an undergraduate degree in computing or
a closely related field that includes programming.
More information about the program can be found at
http://www.cs.jmu.edu/forensics/index.html, and detailed information
about the SFS scholarship including all benefits and how to apply can be
accessed at http://www.cs.jmu.edu/forensics/scholarship.html.
