The organizing committee of DFRWS would like to extend an invitation
to attend the 11th Annual DFRWS Conference, In Cooperation With The
ACM SIGSAC. Here are the highlights in this announcement:
* DFRWS 2011 Forensic Challenge Announcement - Submissions Due 24 Jul

Submissions for the DFRWS Challenge are due by July 24, 2011. Given
the variety and impending ubiquity of Android devices along with the
wide range of crimes that can involve these systems as a source of
evidence, the DFRWS has created two scenarios for the forensics challenge
in 2011. Details are at:
http://www.dfrws.org/2011/challenge/

During the conference, a poster and demo session will allow attendees
to show initial research results and demonstrate tools that have been
developed. You can sign up to do a demo by sending email to:
dfrws2011-demos(at)dfrws(dot)org

DFRWS 2011 will be held August 1 to 3, 2011 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

on July 31, 2011 as a pre-conference workshop. The program for DFRWS
2011 has been posted at:

The Open Memory Forensics Workshop (OMFW) is planned for July 31, 2011
as a pre-conference workshop. Aaron Walters has briefly covered the
plans for the workshop at:

As further details are available, they will be posted on the DFRWS 2011
website, as this will require a separate registration with the OMFW.

Lastly, sponsorship opportunities are still available. Sponsors of the
conference will gain visibility for their companies, demonstrate their
support of forensic research and development, and contribute to the
success of the conference. For details on sponsorship, visit:
