Wow, that's a tough question.  It's hard to narrow it down to one person, so
forgive me for making a list instead.  This is in no particular order:

Brian Carrier
Jesse Kornblum
Simson Garfinkle
Harlan Carvey
Jim Christy
Ovie Carroll
Rob Lee

I've heard pretty much everyone on that list speak in one type of forum or
another at some time and think all would be excellent choices.
