[DFSci] DFRWS 2009 Paper Submission Reminder

We wanted to remind you that the paper submission deadline for DFRWS  
2009 papers is only 24 days away!  There is still time to wrap up  
your research, document it, and submit it by March 16 so that it is  
eligible to be presented in Montreal in August. More details can be
