[DFSci] DFRWS 2009 Announcement and Call For Papers

The 2008 DFRWS Annual Conference was quite a success.  The papers,  
challenge results, and rodeo data are available at:

Planning for DFRWS 2009 is underway.  It will be held in Montreal,  
Canada from August 17 to 19, 2009, which is the week after Usenix  
Security.  The Call For Papers is open and papers are due by March  
16, 2009.
